Difference between HV electrician and LV electrician

There is a big difference between studying electricians under high voltage and practicing electricians under low voltage. Low voltage electrician is for the installation and maintenance of various electrical appliances that people use daily. They are able to come into contact with electrical components in their work and require good operational skills, such as knowledge of fitters, wiring techniques, circuit analysis, correct selection of components, installation and debugging, and correct use of instruments and meters. In addition, low-voltage electricians are often faced with electrical control components or small-scale electrical engineering equipment of an enterprise during maintenance, and the impact of power failure during equipment management and maintenance is very small.

Moreover, the research object of high-voltage electricians seems to be high-voltage electrical appliances, but in fact, there is no operation and monitoring of an enterprise's electrical control system.

High voltage learning electricians refer to personnel who can manage, operate, maintain, install, repair, transform, construct, debug, and test high-voltage control electrical engineering equipment above 1 kV system but below 10 kV.
